Click and Collect service returns

As part of our preparations for re-opening the shop, from 1st June 2020 we will be reinstating our click and collect service but with some changes. The shop itself will remain closed to customers for now.

You will only be able to collect items that have been ordered and paid for online, we will not be able to serve any customers that wish to see yarns before purchasing.

The whole collection process will be contactless, once your order has been received we will pick your order and then send you a text message and email to let you know it is ready for collection, usually within an hour. Please do not arrive before you have received the message to say your order is ready as you will unfortunately be asked to return once you have had your message.

When you arrive to collect your order you will not be allowed into the shop, a collection area will be setup at the door, you will be asked to confirm your name and order number, to ensure that we are handing over the correct order to the correct person. Your order will then be placed on the collection table and the person serving will step back and ask you to step forward and take your order.
